During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel's spacious rooms and excellent breakfast options. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area.
The parking was quite limited and we had to park on the street. Additionally, we felt that the bathroom in our room was a bit cramped. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic as we enjoyed exploring the town and its famous Christmas markets. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We enjoyed our romantic escape to this hotel. The location was perfect for us, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and close to other famous spa resorts. It was easy to park our car and we didn't have to worry about its safety. The room was kept really warm, which was great during the chilly nights. The breakfast options were also nice and we found something to our liking.
The staff's English speaking skills were not the best, so communication was a bit difficult at times. , there were no curtains or blinds on the windows, meaning we woke up very early because of sun glare.
